Joe Coffee in Arlington Texas (1 year 03/2006-03/2007) ongoing co-host of the FUN CITY OPEN MIC at the Goodtimes Bar(05/07-?),
monthly in Arlington Texas, Co-host of the weekly MOCHALUX Saturday night open mic (10/07-?), Main host of the LAKEWOOD open
mic (08/07-12/07), Main Host of the BAR OF SOAP open mic (01/08-?) Host of the BEST OF JOE special event at the
Fort Worth Community Arts Center as a part of the First Tuesday Series(August 2007)
Co-founer,primary organizer,web master, and first Saturday host, of The Oak Cliff Circle of Poets,weekly at Suenos Sabrosos,in
the Bishop Arts District in Historic Oak Cliff,TX. (July 4th 1998-Oct 2006). Hosted the weekly open mic at Zombies in Arlington,TX
(2 years, 1996-1998) Hosted for 2 years(1996-1997) on the 4th Monday at Deep Ellum's Darkroom. Hosted (along with Metta Jon
Maslow), the monthly Poets Corner event at the Preston and Beltline Barnes and Noble, Dallas TX, for a year(2001). Hosted
once a month as one of the rotating hosts at Fort Worth's Wrec Room (under a year, circa 1997). He has also guest hosted at
Dogstar Cafe'(the 2nd one), The Redstar Lounge in Fort Worth (2002), Rock-n Java, Dallas (for a month in 1997),Peoples Poetry
at the BlackDog Tavern(Fort Worth Tx 2005), The Arlington, Irving, Richardson, and a couple of other Dallas Barnes and
Noble Stores, Club Clearview's Poetry Slam, The Generation Expo Festival in Dallas(1997),and an annual slot at the Deep Ellum

Four feature articles written in 1996-1997. They appeared in The Arlington Morning News(2, one in Sept 1996 and the second
in March 1997), The UTA Shorthorn, and The DFW Source, they were primarily about the huge chapbook release party (March 1997)
and the Zombies open mic. In the summer of 2001 two articles in the Dallas Morning News have also highlighted Paul's hosting.
A feature about the Poets Corner event at Barnes & Noble, and a feature about several of the more lasting poetry events in
